Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
To ensure warranty validity, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the product.
Any modifications to the product, visible deformations, or alterations to its original design will void the warranty.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the product you purchased through our website is found to be defective, you must contact us via the online support section within 14 days of delivery.
Once we are notified, the faulty item should be returned to us via the designated courier, and it will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect is due to customer misuse or the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

All return and exchange processes are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
